I worked across all owned channels including: web, email, social, blog, and print. With organic social, I managed @sliferdenver and Slifer Smith & Frampton - Denver, authored all captions, and composed content that boosted brand awareness. I oversaw the content calendar, analyzed social KPI’s, and established personalized social media identities for each broker.

BROKER MARKETING

I developed a unique marketing strategy for each broker. Based upon market research, the broker’s core strengths, target audience, and client retention strategies, this marketing collateral helped drive new client acquisition and increase home sales.

I designed the layout, authored copy and compiled mailing lists for targeted direct-mailers and email campaigns. See examples below.

THE Bluebird
